Donald D
Donald Lamont, professionally known by the stage name Donald-D, is an American
rapper and record producer from the Bronx, New York, United States. Lamont began
his career in 1978 as a member of the Universal Zulu Nation before co-founding
the hip-hop group the B-Boys, who released the extended play Cuttin' Herbie
(1985). After the group disbanded, Lamont moved to Los Angeles, California, to
join Ice-T's Rhyme Syndicate. He collaborated on the track “The Syndicate”
(1988) and released the solo single “Dope Jam” (1987). His debut studio album
