Donna Cruz Yrastorza-Larrazabal, born February 14, 1977 in Manila, Philippines,
is a Filipino singer and actress. As a child, Cruz participated in pageants and
singing competitions, winning Bulilit Kampeon in 1988 and signing with Viva
Records the following year. Her debut album Donna was released in 1989 at age
14, featuring the original single "Kapag Tumibok ang Puso" and a cover of Boy
Mondragon's song "Rain". This album became the biggest-selling debut by a
