Dota Kehr(Dorothea Kehr, born September 14, 1979 in West Berlin) is a
singer-songwriter, singer and guitarist. She is studying medicine, but has
devoted herself fully to her music since 2003. The band was formed in Berlin in
2003 under the name Dota und die Stadtpiraten. The members include Jan Rohrbach
(electric guitar), Janis Görlich (drums, 2003-2007 and since 2013), Nicolai Ziel
(drums 2007-2013), Leon Schurz (bass 2007-2013), Patrick Reising (keyboard since
