K-pop singer and television personality Doyoung was born Kim Dong-young in Guri,
South Korea on February 1, 1996. While a teenager he began working with SM
Entertainment's Casting System and in 2016 that organization teamed him with
other young singers in the boy band NCT. The group became successful, spawning a
run of number 1 albums and Eps. Doyoung juggled responsibilities within that
