Dubmatix
The Canadian dub scene is particularly rich. Ryan Moore's Twillight Circus, now
based in the Netherlands, is joined by Jesse King, known as Dubmatix. A
musician, producer and engineer in one, Dubmatix is constantly reinventing dub
and reggae, with the help of discreet electro sounds. Dubmatix debuted with
Champion Sound Clash in 2004, followed by Atomic Subsonic in 2006. Not a singer
himself, Dubmatik collaborates with Canadian singjays and some of the finest
voices in international reggae. Renegade Rocker (2009) and System Shakedown
complete Dubmatix's place in the dub firmament...
