Evan Peter Mast, known professionally by the stage names E*vax and E.Vax, is an American record producer and DJ from Cleveland, Ohio. While a student at Skidmore College, he met Mike Stroud, and together they founded the electronic rock band Ratatat, releasing their self-titled debut album, Ratatat, in 2004, followed by four more studio albums. He established the independent record label Audio Dregs with his brother, and released his debut solo album, Parking Lot Music, on April 4, 2001.
