Edith Prock (born December 5, 1949 in Hienheim) is a folk music singer from
Germany. She played the accordion as a child and sang in the Bavarian Radio
children's choir. The future artist initially worked as a secretary. Together
with Claudia Schwarz and Renate Maurer, Edith Prock founds The Munich Voices.
The choir provides backing vocals for artists such as Audrey Landers. Under the
stage name Edith-Maria, she released her debut album Drob'n Auf Der Herzerl-Alm
in 1981. At the end of the 1980s, the artist released her albums under her real
