Jean-Michel Émilien, known as EJM, is a French rapper and sociocultural animator
born in Vitry-sur-Seine. He began a hip-hop career in the 1980s through
breakdancing and graffiti. His musical debut occurred in 1989 with the song
"Nous vivons tous" on the compilation Earthquake Sound System – Assis sur le
