El Búho

Robin Perkins, known professionally as El Búho, grew up in Glossop, England, and
later resided in Paris. He began playing saxophone at twelve and studied Latin
American studies at the University of Glasgow. His first full-length album,
Balance, debuted in 2017, followed by Camino de Flores (2018), Ramas (2020),
Natura sonora (2021), and Strata (2023). El Búho has performed at Boiler Room in
Tulum, the Paraíso Festival in Madrid, and founded his own record label,
Shika Shika. He is known for a musical style that blends dub, IDM, and Afrodance
with rhythms, melodies, and instrument...
