Esmeray Saltık, known professionally as Esmeray Diriker, was a Turkish singer
born in 1949 in Istanbul. She began a musical journey as an amateur singer in a
choir produced by Neriman Altındağ Tüfekçi. She released the first single, "100
Kere 1000 Kere / Sen" (1973), and won the TRT Toplu Igne Composition Contest in
1974 for the song "Unutama Beni". Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, she released
several albums including Yayınlanamaz (1976), Yaz Romancı (1977), Oğlum (1980),
and Sürpriz 81 (1981). She also collaborated with notable artists such as Ali
Kocatepe, İlhan İrem, and Seyya...
