The French rapper with Martinique roots was born in Paris and moved between
Barbès and Garges-les-Gonnesses before choosing rap as a verbal vehicle for the
abuses and intolerances he wished to highlight. Probably one of the finest
rappers France has ever known, and never suspecting that his talents would make
him the financial standard-bearer of rap sold on eBay today, he opted for
premature retirement, weary of the movement's internecine wars.
