Fabolous
New York-based rap artist Fabolous was born John Jackson in Brooklyn in 1977.
Jackson began his professional career whilst still at high school and appeared
in a number of live performances with DJ Clue?, a local record producer who ran
his own radio show. Jackson signed a record deal with Desert Storm and released
his debut album 'Ghetto Fabolous' in 2001.
The album spawned two hit singles 'Can't Deny It' and 'Young'n (Holla Black)'
and reached number four in the Billboard 200. The album established Jackson as
one of the leading rap artists to emerge from New York at the turn...
