Fair to Midland
Formed in 1998 in Sulphur Springs (Texas), Fair to Midland hold high the banner
of metal with folk and progressive overtones. The Carbon Copy Silver Lining,
their first self-produced album in 2001, attracted the attention of Serj Tankian
of System of a Dawn, who signed Fair to Midland to his label. In 2007, their
hard-working Fables from a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times Is True received
rave reviews.
