Frankie Chávez
Frankie Chavez, born in 1980 in Lisbon, Portugal, is a Portuguese musician and
singer who began playing guitar at age nine. As a teenager, he was part of a
punk band before joining the successful group Toranja during his student years.
Chavez left Toranja to study jazz guitar in Barcelona through an Erasmus
exchange program. In 2010, Frankie Chavez released his debut EP Frankie Chavez
under Optimus Discos. His first full-length album, Family Tree, was released in
