Fritz Lehmann
Fritz Ludwig Lehmann, born on May 17, 1904, in Mannheim, Germany, was a
conductor known for his versatile repertoire spanning from Baroque to
contemporary works. He studied at the University of Music in Mannheim and later
at the universities of Heidelberg and Göttingen, debuting as a pianist in 1918.
Lehmann served as choir conductor and orchestra leader at institutions including
the Municipal Theater in Göttingen and the Folkwangschule in Essen. He was
