FU-Schnickens is an American hip-hop trio from Brooklyn, New York, composed of
Chip Fu (Roderick Roachford), Moc Fu (Joe Jones), and Pac Fu (Lennox Maturine).
The group formed in 1988 and gained initial attention after performing at a hip
hop event at Howard University, a performance that led to their signing with
Jive Records. Their debut single, "Ring the Alarm", entered the top ten on the
Billboard Hot Rap Tracks chart in 1992, sparking anticipation for their debut
