Geordie
Geordie, a British rock band, was formed in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1972 by
guitarist Vic Malcolm, bassist Tom Hill, drummer Brian Gibson and vocalist Brian
Johnson, who would later replace Bon Scott in AC/DC. The group’s breakthrough
came with the single "Don't Do That" in 1972, which entered the UK Top 40,
followed by the 1973 hit "All Because of You" that reached the UK Top 10. Their
debut album Hope You Like It was released in 1973 on EMI, followed by Don't Be
Fooled by the Name (1974) and Save the World (1976). In 1978, the band issued No
