Gerardo Daniel Torres Montante, better known as Gera MX, is a Mexican rapper who
was born on July 15, 1994, in Monterrey, Nuevo León. He developed a love for
Mexican hip-hop culture as a child, with artists like Cartel de Santa, Molotov,
and Control Machete serving as his early influences. After signing with the
Mexican rap label Mexamafia, he adopted the alias "Gera MXM" and began releasing
a string of popular albums under that moniker, beginning with the debut album El
