Green Jellÿ (originally Green Jellö) is an American satirical rock and metal
band formed in 1981 in Buffalo, New York. Led since then by singer Bill
Manspeaker aka Moronic Dictator, the band has changed musicians several times,
and has included drummer Danny Carey (1989-1994) and Tool, A Perfect Circle and
Puscifer singer Maynard James Keenan, credited as backing vocalist in the early
1990s. After a debut EP entitled Let It Be (1984) and the album Triple Live
Möther Gööse at Budokan (1989), Green Jell-ö became Green Jellö for the EP Suxx!
