Grentperez, born Grant Perez on December 4, 2001, is a Filipino-Australian
singer-songwriter from Sydney. He first gained an online following by posting
cover songs on YouTube before releasing his debut single, "Cherry Wine," in
2021. The song became a viral hit, earning Gold certification in Australia and
launching his recording career. He followed with the EPs Demo(s) About Love
(2021), Conversations with the Moon (2022), and Trail Mix Tape (2022). In 2024,
Grentperez won the Emerging Songwriter of the Year award at the APRA Music
