Hannah Georgas (born on August 30, 1980) is a Canadian singer-songwriter, whose delicate indie pop stylings have been extensively featured on TV series and commercials. She recorded her debut EP Beat Stuff (2009) while still in college, earning a Bucky Award for Best New Artist from CBC Radio 3 that same year. She followed up with the single “You’ve Got a Place Called Home,” which was used in an ad for retail giant Wal-mart, and This Is Good (2010), her proper debut album.
