Hans Ulrik
Hans Ulrik, born September 28, 1965, in Copenhagen, is a Danish jazz saxophonist
and bandleader who studied jazz saxophone at Berklee College of Music from 1984
to 1986 and continued his studies in New York City. He won best soloist at the
European Jazz Competition in Leverkusen in 1988 and placed third at the Rome
Jazz Festival in 1990. Ulrik released a series of albums including Fusion
(1989), Strange World (1994), Jazz and Mambo (1999), Blue & Purple (2004),
