Hap Palmer

Hap Palmer, born Harlan G. Palmer III on October 28, 1942, in Los Angeles, California, is an American children's musician and guitarist. Palmer's recording career began in 1969, and his early releases include the Learning Basic Skills Through Music album series and Getting to Know Myself, with the signature song “Sammy”. Palmer's subsequent releases include the albums Sally the Swinging Snake, Walter the Waltzing Worm, and the Halloween song “Witches' Brew” (1978), co-written with his then-wife Martha Cheney.
