Haven
Haven, an English indie rock band formed in Cornwall in 1996, consisted of Gary
Briggs on vocals and guitar, Nathan Wason on guitar, Iwan Gronow on bass, and
Jack Mitchell on drums. The band initially went by the name Blew before changing
it to Haven. Their career began when Gary Briggs moved to Cornwall and met
Nathan Wason in a record shop in Penzance. Haven's first release was the Til The
End EP in May 2001. Their breakthrough came with the top 75 hit "Let It Live"
