Héctor Infanzón
Héctor Infanzón, born in Mexico City on 25 April 1959, is a Mexican pianist,
composer, arranger and producer who began piano studies in 1976 at the Escuela
Superior de Música and later attended the Escuela Nacional de Música and Berklee
College of Music in 1985, where he embraced jazz. He formed the trio Antropóleo
in 1989 and the eponymous quartet in 1991, performing at major Mexican and
international festivals. His solo album, De Manera Personal (1993), led to
appearances at the Havana International Jazz Festival and events in New Orleans
