Helena Louise Lipp, also known as Helena Bliss, born on December 31, 1917, in St. Louis, Missouri, was an American actress and singer known for her soprano voice and career in musicals, operettas, and operas. She began performing opera on radio and television in the late 1930s, making her stage debut in November 1939 as Helen in Very Warm for May at the Alvin Theatre.
