Hong Jin-young, born on August 9, 1985, in the Republic of Korea, is a singer
and actress. She began her career with small film and television roles,
including appearances in Who Slept With Her? and the historical drama Yeon
Gaesomun. In 2007, Hong debuted as part of the short-lived girl group SWAN,
releasing their debut song "Call Me When You Hear This Song". In 2009, she
transitioned to a solo career as a trot singer, initially resisting the genre
