Hotel
Hotel was formed in Birmingham, Alabama in 1973 by lead vocalist and pianist
Marc Phillips and guitarist Tommy Calton, both born in the United States. After
early line‑up changes, the group solidified in 1976 with Marc Phillips, Tommy
Calton, Lee Bargeron, Mike Reid, George Creasman and Michael Cadenhead, and
began performing on the southeastern club circuit. In 1978 the band released the
single "You'll Love Again" on Mercury Records, which peaked at Number 71 on the
