The heavy metal band Impellitteri formed in 1987 in Los Angles, California.
Guitarist Chris Impellitteri and vocalist Rob Rock co-founded the group and
released a self-titled debut EP, Impellitteri, in 1987. Graham Bonnet took over
as the band's singer in 1988, and the music video for the single "Stand in Line"
became a frequent clip on MTV during the decade's final stretch. The song
doubled as the title track of the band's second album, Stand In Line, which was
released by Relativity Records in 1988 and spent 20 weeks on the Billboard 200,
