IV of Spades
The Filipino rock band IV of Spades formed in 2014 in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Inspired by 1970s music and fashion, bandmates Zild Benitez, Blaster Silongam,
Badjao de Castro, and Unique Salonga developed a blend of funk, pop, and rock
that earned IV of Spades a record deal with Warner Music Philippines. The debut
single for the label was 2016's "Ilaw sa Daan," followed by the hit song "Hey
Barbara" in July 17. "Hey Barbara "was a hit, earning awards for "Best
Performance by a Group Recording Artist," "Favorite Performance by a Group
Recording Artist," and "Record of the Year" ...
