Jackie Richardson
Jackie Richardson, born January 4, 1947 in Donora, Pennsylvania, is an American
and Canadian singer and actress of African-American descent. After her family
relocated to Toronto in 1954, she joined the 1960s girl group The Tiaras
alongside Brenda Russell, Arlene Trotman, and Colina Phillips. Her career
progressed with stage and screen work, winning a Dora Award in 2004 for the
musical Cookin' at the Cookery and a Gemini Award for her performance in The
