Jan De Wilde
Jan De Wilde, born 1 January 1944 in Alost, Belgium, is a Flemish singer,
guitarist and songwriter. He began performing in the early 1960s, releasing his
album Zzrrrrôôô in 1970. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s he issued several
albums, including De Bende van Jan De Wilde (1987) and Hé hé (1990), and
collaborated with Urbanus and Raymond van het Groenewoud. He released Oude Maan
and Eigen Kweek (1967-2000) in 2007, followed by O Kersnacht Schooner Dan De
Daegen in 2011.
