Jane Air
Jane Air is a Russian rock band formed in Saint Petersburg in 1999 by bassist
Sergey “Gokk” Makarov. After three years of local performances, the group signed
with Kapkan Records and released its debut album Pull Ya? Let It Doll Go!
(2002). In 2004, the self‑titled album followed, and the single "Junk" earned
the Rock Alternative Music award on the A‑One channel as Song of the Year.
Subsequent releases were Pere-Lachaise: Love and a Little Death (2006), Sex &
Violence (2007), Weekend Warriors (2010) and Иллюзия Полёта (2012). The band
