João Vitor Romania Balbino, professionally known as Jão, is a Brazilian
singer-songwriter born on November 3, 1994, in Américo Brasiliense, São Paulo.
Jão began his musical journey by posting cover songs on his personal streaming
channel in 2016. These covers caught the attention of producers Pedro Dash and
Marcelinho Ferraz, leading to his signing with Head Media, a subsidiary of
Universal Music Group. Jão released his debut single, "Dança pra Mim," with
