Jeane Manson
American Jeane (Jean Ann) Manson, born in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 1, 1950,
came to the attention of the French in 1976 with the hit "Avant de nous dire
adieu", which sold over two million copies and made her a popular singer. In
1979, she took part in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "J'ai déjà vu
ça dans tes yeux". She remains a household name across the generations, with
some twenty albums and twenty-four million records sold to her credit. The
