Jibbs
Jovan Campbell, known professionally as Jibbs, was born on November 13, 1990, in
Saint-Louis, Missouri. He began his rap career at a young age, initially aiming
to impress his older brother DJ Beatz, who was gaining recognition for his
collaborations with rapper Nelly. Impressed by Jovan's talent, DJ Beatz invited
him into the studio to record songs that gained local and regional popularity.
Jibbs signed with Geffen Records at nearly 16 years old and released his debut
