John Carter Cash, born on March 3, 1970, in Nashville, Tennessee, is an American
singer-songwriter, musician, and author. He is the son of Johnny Cash and June
Carter Cash. Following his parents into show business, John Carter Cash began
his career as a music producer for his mother's albums Press On and Wildwood
Flower, which won a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Folk Album in 1990. He
