John Mark Nelson
John Mark Nelson, born on November 23, 1993, was an American songwriter and
producer who grew up surrounded by musicians and began learning instruments at
14. He released his debut independent album Still Here in 2011, followed by
Waiting and Waiting in 2012, and gained wider attention with the
Kickstarter‑funded Sings the Moon in 2014, featuring the single "The Moon and
the Stars" that aired on MTV. In, 2015 he signed with GRNDWIRE Records and
