Jolina Magdangal
Maria Jolina Perez Magdangal, born on November 6, 1978 in Quezon City,
Philippines, is a singer and actress. At age 11, she began her career as part of
the singing group 14-K under Ryan Cayabyab. In 1992, Magdangal was discovered by
talent manager Johnny Manahan and made her television debut on Ang TV. Her first
album, A Wish Comes True, was released in 1996 under Walt Disney Records. She
went on to release several albums including Jolina (1998), On Memory Lane
