José Teodoro Larralde Saad, known as José Larralde, and born on October 22,
1937, in Huanguelén, Argentina, is a singer-songwriter and poet. He grew up in a
rural environment and developed an early passion for poetry and music, composing
his first verses at age seven and learning to play the guitar by 11. His
breakthrough came in 1966 when he met Jorge Cafrune, who included two of
Larralde's songs, "Permiso" and "Sin pique", on his album Jorge Cafrune. This
