Julie Maria
Julie Maria Barkou, born on May 30, 1981 in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a singer and
songwriter known as Julie Maria. She debuted with the album Beautiful Minor in
2004, followed by På kanten af virkeligheden in 2007 and Yaguar in 2009. Her
album Kom arrived in 2012, featuring the singles "Ude af mig selv" and "Beat".
Throughout her career, Barkou collaborated with artists such as Steffen Brandt
and Aslak "Alis" Hartberg.
