Jung Seung-won, born on January 25, 1999, in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea,
is a distinguished tenor and member of the crossover quartet Libelante. He
graduated from Seoul Arts High School and pursued vocal music at Yonsei
University. In 2023, Jung showcased his exceptional vocal prowess on JTBC's
Phantom Singer 4, leading to his formation of Libelante with Kim Ji-hoon, Jin
