Hiroshi "Monsieur" Kamayatsu, born as 釜萢弘 on January 12, 1939, in Tokyo, was a
Japanese singer and guitarist. He began his music career as a founding member of
several notable bands, including The Spiders and Vodka Collins. In 1960, he
released his debut album Kamayatsu Hiroshi Ore No Uta O Kiite Kure (1960).
Throughout the following decades, he continued to release albums such as Up in
the pineapple (1979) and Je m'appelle MONSIEUR (2002). His work included
