Kim Young‑woon, known professionally as Kangin, was born on 17 January 1985 in
Seoul, South Korea, and worked as a singer, actor, television host, and radio
personality. After training with SM Entertainment, he debuted with the 12‑member
project group Super Junior‑05 on 6 November 2005, performing the single "Twins
(Knock Out)" and releasing the album SuperJunior05 (Twins) the following month,
which entered the monthly MIAK K‑pop charts at number three. In 2006 he joined
the sub‑unit Super Junior‑T and later Super Junior‑H, while his acting debut
