Kate McGill
Kate McGill, born Kate Laura McGill on 10 March 1990 in Carmarthen, Wales, is a
Welsh singer‑songwriter. After winning Tesco Entertainment’s 1Click2Fame in
2010, she released her debut album Replaced in 2011. In 2013, she formed
Meadowlark with Daniel Broadley and Carl Jones, releasing their first EP Three
Six Five in 2014. After Jones left the band, Broadley and McGill released their
first EP as a duo, Dual, in 2015, followed by their first studio album,
Postcards, in 2017. Their song "Eyes Wide" received airplay on BBC Music
