Katerina Petrivna Bogolyubova, known professionally as Katya Chilly, and born
on July 12, 1978, in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a singer and composer. She adopted the
stage name Katya Chilly in 1996 and released her debut album Rusalki in da House
in 1998. Her breakthrough came after touring with participants of Chervona Ruta,
gaining popularity across Ukraine. In 1999, she participated in the Scotland
Edinburgh Festival Fringe and performed over 40 concerts in the United Kingdom
