Kika Sprangers
Kika Sprangers, born on September 28, 1994, in Nijmegen, Netherlands, is a Dutch
jazz saxophonist, arranger, and composer, known for her colorful lyricism and
melancholy. She began performing as a child, studied at the Utrecht
Conservatorium, and graduated with distinction in 2016, joining the Nationaal
Jeugd Jazz Orkest under Martin Fondse. Her debut album Human Traits was released
in 2019 and received nominations for the Edison Jazz/World Audience Award and
