Maria Socorro "Kuh" Ledesma, born on March 16, 1955 in Bacolod, Philippines, is
a singer who began her music career as part of the Lastiko band while studying
nursing. Her breakthrough came with the Music & Magic band and her lead role in
Alice Reyes' pop ballet Rama Hari. Her solo breakthrough came with "Dito Ba?"
(1980), her first hit song, followed by notable albums such as Kuh’s Magic
(1981) and Unforgettable (1986). In 1982, she launched an all-Filipino concert
