Le Rouge et le Noir
Based on Stendhal's eponymous masterpiece, the musical Le Rouge et le Noir is
set to music by Vincent Baguian, Zazie, Sorel and William Rousseau. The main
performers are Côme (Julien Sorel), Haylen (Louise de Reynal) and Yoann Launay
(Geronimo), all three participants in the TV talent show The Voice, la plus
belle voix, as well as Patrice Maktav (Valenod), a former Star Academy
contestant, just out of another musical, Mistinguett, reine des Années Folles
(2014). A first single sung by Côme, "La Gloire à mes genoux", saw the light of
