Les Sales Majestés has been perpetuating the tradition of committed French punk
since 1988. Les Sales Majestés aim for simplicity and efficiency, and
assiduously practice DIY (Do It Yourself), travelling the length and breadth of
France to play wherever they are accepted. Les Sales Majestés began their
discography in 1995 with Bienvenue. Sometimes criticized for a certain lack of
imagination, Les Sales Majestés focuses on social criticism and fast rhythms.
Sois Pauvre et Tais-Toi! in 2010 and Sexe, Fric & Politique in 2013 sum up these
options perfectly.
